Thanksgiving Day is fast approaching and for many of us it’s the ultimate day of feasting. If your anything like me, it’sthe scariest day of the year, mostly because while I love eating all of the food, I virtually lack all self control when I get around the mac -n- cheese and stuffing. By the time the next morning rolls around I feel 5 pounds heavier and none of my pants fit! I’m convinced Thanksgiving is the most non-petite friendly holiday ever! Well I’ve come up with 3 helpful style tips to help eliminate the guilt of overeating while still staying stylish this Thanksgiving holiday!
1. Opt for wearing a loser fitting top or dress. This will certainly help to camouflage a full tummy after you’ve made that second trip to the food table!
2. If you must wear stripes of any kind, wear vertical! This will help distract from the unsightly signs of a growing food baby, not to mention help it look smaller!
3. Lastly, choose a high waist skirt or pants to help hold in your full tummy.
